We are currently searching for 2011-2012 season sponsors. With a donation of $1000 or more you will be contributing to our ability to build programs to reach our community and the less-fortunate. We are currently working on the following programs:
- We are in the process of starting an afterschool program for the children at Shepherd's Gate, a home for abused and homeless women and children in Livermore. This program would seek to teach the children about ballet and the arts, and would encourage them to develop their talents and a healthy body image.
- We would like to continue to offer a presentation of Handel's Messiah Ballet for schoolchildren, to teach them about ballet, to ask questions of the dancers, and be able to attend a live performance with the complete theatre experience.
- We believe that ministry to the elderly is an honor. We hope to be able to continue to be able to dance for and pray with those at local retirement centers and care homes. We have witnessed the joy that God brings to them through our movement and interaction and we would like to be able to continue that ministry.
- Oakland Children's Hospital is a place we hope to get involved. Whether this consists of dancing for the children staying there, or simply walking through the hospital in our costumes, we see this place as an opportunity for us to bring the hope of Jesus.
As a corporate season sponsor, we are happy to offer not only a tax-deduction as a non-profit 501(c)(3), but also some ways for your business to gain publicity and be seen by potential clientele. You can choose to be either a Season Sponsor or a Messiah Sponsor.
2011-2012 SEASON SPONSOR
As a season sponsor, you will receive the maximum amount of publicity through Anastasis. This includes your name or logo listed on our website, posters and programs. This year we have two large productions planned, Handel's Messiah Ballet on December 9th and 10th, 2011 and a benefit concert for Shepherd's Gate in April at which we will premiere our newest repetoire. Additionally, you provide us with the most financial support, enabling us to better serve our community!
2011 MESSIAH SPONSOR
If becoming a Season Sponsor does not seem right for your business, please consider becoming a Messiah Sponsor. As a Messiah Sponsor, our 2nd annual production of Handel's Messiah Ballet will provide a fantastic advertising platform. With your donation, a high-quality black and white advertisement will be placed in our programs for the ballet. Patrons will each receive a copy of the program and will be reminded of your business and your services. Handel's Messiah Ballet is December 9th and 10th this year and we hope to reach an audience of up to 1120 people! Messiah Sponsors are given an excellent way to aquaint or re-aquaint those attending the show with your business during the Christmas season!
